Frequently asked questions
Can we trial Jupiter before committing?
Yes. The Team plan includes a 14-day free trial with up to 10 users. Business and Enterprise customers run a 30-day pilot with one team before contract signature.
What happens if we exceed our user count mid-contract?
We bill monthly overages at your tier rate. No “gotcha” annual reconciliation.
Do you offer a non-profit or public-sector discount?
Yes — 20% off Business tier for registered charities and UK public-sector bodies. Email contact@m42k.com to arrange.
Where is our data stored?
By default, EU (Frankfurt). Enterprise customers can elect UK-only residency.
Can we author our own courses?
Yes on Business and Enterprise. The AI course builder is the fastest route; you can also import existing SCORM packages.
Is Jupiter GDPR-compliant?
Yes. We act as data processor under UK GDPR / EU GDPR. A DPA is available on every plan — see /legal/dpa.
