Our mission
To make mandatory training so well-designed that completion stops being something HR has to chase. We believe a five-minute, well-personalised lesson beats a forty-minute generic course every time — and the completion data backs us up.
What we stand for
Completion is the only metric that matters.
If your team doesn’t finish the training, you don’t have the training. Everything we build optimises for completion: bite-sized lessons, in-flow delivery, smart reminders.
Compliance should be invisible.
L&D shouldn’t be reminding people to do training every Tuesday. Jupiter handles it. You get the audit trail; your team gets their time back.
AI is a tool, not a feature.
We use AI to generate personalised paths and build courses from your frameworks. We don’t use it to replace human judgement about what your people actually need to learn.
How Jupiter started
Jupiter began with a conversation between two L&D leaders who, between them, had rolled out four LMS implementations across three sectors. Each time, the same problem: high cost, low completion, the audit-readiness checklist always just out of reach. We built Jupiter because the existing tools were optimised for the wrong outcome — content delivery, not learner completion.
